Kristo’s first day at school, again. 🙂
Kristo isn’t the only one excited! 🙂 This was taken BEFORE 7am!
I love how their uniform at Light of the World Christian Academy of Makati is Blue and White — Kristo’s favorite colors!!! That’s one of the reasons why he was excited to shower and get dressed!
I was thrilled to see that I know the principal of Light of the World! Mrs. Joy Muleta is the wife of Pastor Manny Muleta of Victory Fort. Pastor Manny was one of my teachers when I went to Every Nation Leadership Institute! 🙂 It was also a joy to see the kids starting their day with a prayer!
Can you find our little man Kristo?
Can you see Kristo now?
That’s Kristo introducing himself to the class 🙂 Thing is, his classmates found it a bit difficult to pronounce his name, so they kinda ended up calling him several names like Kristi AND Kristina! 😦 He didn’t look pleased at all 😦 BUT……
When I went to pick Kristo up from school, his teacher’s exact words were:
Kristo is very good. He is wise and knows how to follow instructions!
wooohoooo! My heart skipped a beat when she said that! 🙂 yeeepeeee! What a great first day!
As soon as we got home, Kristo’s grandma’s FIRST QUESTION was NOT “How was school?” rather it was “MAY MAGANDA KA BANG CLASSMATE?” (Do you have a pretty classmate?) Thanks mom!
As we were walking home (Light of the World is just 2 streets away from our place), I asked Kristo how his first day was. His answer: “IT WAS GREAT!!!” (and yes, he said it with soooo much enthusiasm! I’m glad!)
Good. It looks like he really did have a GREAT first day!
I’m excited for him…I’m excited for us… and I’m excited to get rid of that ghastly belly I’ve got! Find out what this mommy is doing to FINALLY, REALLY, SERIOUSLY get in shape — to prepare for the wedding and yes, by God’s grace next year (after the wedding of course!), ANOTHER BABY!!! woohooo! 🙂
